Starting From Zero

When we launched, we had no users, no brand recognition, and a product that was barely functional. What we did have was a clear thesis: parents wanted enrichment programs for their kids that went beyond rote academics, and they were willing to pay for quality.

Finding Distribution

The breakthrough came when we stopped thinking about online marketing and started thinking about partnerships. Schools became our distribution channel. We offered after-school programs that complemented their curriculum, and they gave us access to exactly the parents we wanted to reach.

The Growth Playbook

Scale came from a simple formula: deliver an exceptional experience, then make it easy for happy parents to spread the word. Our NPS score of 69 was our growth engine. Referrals drove 40% of new enrollments.
