Leo & Mike was founded to create and deliver innovative, multi-disciplinary programs that didn’t exist in the market. Created for 5–13 year olds, these programs complement traditional learning at school and are delivered as after-school and full-time summer/winter programs. With instruction entirely through gamified projects, the programs cover a wide variety of subjects not taught at schools such as emotional intelligence, space exploration, game design, robotics, etc.
I contributed to market analysis, product strategy, branding, rollout and online marketing of the programs. I also helped establish certain organizational processes.
